IVRCL Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made an allotment of 2,41,59,262 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, at issue price of Rs. 24.39/- per share, on August 06, 2015 to the CDR Lenders who have signed the Master Restructuring Agreement. This allotment is towards conversion of 4th tranche of FITL into equity, for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
