IVRCL Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended up-to date and the "Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" obtaining in the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's securities stands closed effective from May 22, 2015 upto May 31, 2015 as the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015 for considering inter-alia, the audited Financial results for the Quarter / year ended March 31, 2015, which is price sensitive in nature.<BR><BR>All the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees are advised not to trade in the Company's securities when the Trading Window is closed.
