IVRCL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 19, 2015, for consideration of conversion of part of the Debt into equity shares of the Company pursuant to invocation of Strategic Debt Restructuring by Joint Lenders Forum and further issue of shares to certain CDR lenders on conversion of excess Funded Interest Term Loan amount (FITL) amongst other items.
