JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016 has recommended a Final dividend of Re. 0.50 (25%) per equity share of FY of Rs. 2 for the year 2015-16. The dividend if declared, will be paid/ despatched on August 30, 2016.<BR><BR>The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.45 a.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m.
