JJ Exporters Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2015, have decided as follows:<BR><BR>1. Have appointed Ms. Puja Jhunjhunwala and Ms. Dipali Sharma as Additional Directors to hold office till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting. Ms. Dipali Sharma and Ms. Puja Sharma will be appointed as independent directors in the next Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. They have been inducted in the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company as members. <BR><BR>3. The Registered Office of the Company is being shifted to "Mukhtar Tower", 59 Elliot Road, Kolkata - 700016 w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
