JK Cement Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Ashok Sharma, functioning as an Independent Director in the Board of the Company, has (by his letter dated September 26, 2014 received by the Company on September 30, 2014) tendered his resignation from the Directorship of the Company on being elected as a Shareholder Director on the Board of Oriental Bank of Commerce. Consequent upon resignation of Shri Ashok Sharma, there is a change in the Companys Directorate.
