Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed by the Company, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company by any Insider" covered under the said Code shall be closed from February 05, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
