Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2015, inter alia, has approved the sub-division of nominal value of equity share from face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) to face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees five only) subject to the consent of members to be obtained at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company. | |
