J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share (i.e. 40% on the Face value of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share) for the financial year 2015-2016, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
