| J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that the QIP Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on July 23, 2014, issued and allotted 44,25,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each to eligible QlBs at a price of Rs. 309.98 per Equity Share, aggregating approximately Rs. 13,716.62 lacs under Chapter VIII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.<br/><br/>Post this allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 32,22,62,050 comprising 3,22,26,205 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each. | |
