J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Year to date ended on March 31, 2015,<BR><BR>2. To recommend the Dividend if any.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Regulation 6.2.vi Code of Internal Procedure of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares is closed on May 14, 2015 and shall reopen on June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company.
