Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>Further, in terms of Regulation 6.2.vi Code of Internal Procedure of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares is closed on October 29, 2014 and shall re-open on November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company.
