Jagran Prakashan Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2015, inter alia :<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve the amalgamation of Suvi Info-Management (Indore) Private Limited (SUVI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which does not have business activity, subject to the approval of shareholders/ creditors and other regulatory authorities. The proposed amalgamation envisages-<BR><BR>i) no issue of fresh capital or any other security as SUVI is 100% subsidiary of the Company; and<BR><BR>ii) strengthening capital structure and standalone balance sheet of the Company besides saving various administrative, managerial and other costs and improving organisational efficiency.
