Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 for the Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives, from May 23, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
