| Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record amongst other items of Agenda, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company, will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter December 31, 2015 for the Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives, from February 01, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). | |
