Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders formulated pursuant to Regulation 9 in Chapter IV read with Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. trading window of the shares of the Company shall remain closed from the date of this Notice till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
