Jaihind Projects Ltd has informed BSE that Trading Window shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) to consider and approve, inter alia, standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2015 by the Board of Directors in their meeting, to be held on May 30, 2015. The trading window will re-open from June 02, 2015.<BR><BR>Intimation for the above were already communicated to all the designated employees.
