Jaihind Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider following items of the business:<br/><br/>1. To reconsider and approve proposed issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis to the Promoters pursuant to CDR scheme, in supersession to earlier resolution dated March 10, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To amend the Main Object Clause of the Company by insertion of new clause after existing clause 2 (c).<br/><br/>3. To decide the Constitution/reconstitution of various Committees.<br/><br/>4. To consider and approve draft Postal Ballot Notice for various matters.<br/><br/>5. Appointment of Scrutinizer to carry out the Postal Ballot Process in fair a transparent manner.
