Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 15, 2015 to review, finalise and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Board shall also consider recommending to Shareholders at 26th AGM a Dividend on Ordinary Equity Shares and DVR Equity Shares of the Company.<BR><BR>The copy of internal Circular for closure of Trading Window dated May 06, 2014 under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 is attached.
