Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd has informed BSE that State Bank of India, Mumbai has sent a letter dated August 09, 2014 and withdrawn Mr. Vasant V. Warty, Nominee Director with effect from August 08, 2014 vide its letter of even date. Shri Warty effectively discharged his duty as Nominee for period little over 10 years.<br/><br/>State Bank has further informed that they may appoint an Observer in the future.
