Jain Studios Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016 to consider inter-alia and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations. 2015 and Jain Studios Limited-Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing (acquisition / sale / pledge) in the shares of the Company shall remain close from May 16, 2016 to the closing of business hours on May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive) on account of Board meeting referred above.
