Jain Studios Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Jain Studios Limited-Code for Internal procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing (acquisition/sale/pledge) in the shares of the Company shall remain close from February 07, 2017 to the closing business hours on February 16, 2017 (both day inclusive) on account of Board meeting referred above.
