| In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations), this is to inform that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 5th August, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.<BR> <BR> Intimation about date of Board Meeting is also being released to the press for publication in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47 of Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 29th July, 2017 (1.00 P.M.) to 7th August, 2017. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares/securities.<BR> | |
