Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 5.00 P.M. on May 19, 2016 to May 30, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares/securities.
