| The Exchange has sought clarification from Jaiprakash Associates Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on October 8, 2014 titled "Ultratech eyes Jaypee's 3 Cement Plants in MP"<br/><br/>Jaiprakash Associates Ltd replied stating :<br/><br/>"In this regard, we draw your attention to similar media reports which appeared on June 10, 2014 and to our mail dated June 12, 2014 addressed to BSE.<br/><br/>We re-submit that, we have not issued any press release on the subject. The news item referred to by you is purely based on market speculation and the Company does not comment on market speculations.<br/><br/>We would promptly inform you of any event or information that may be having a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company." | |
