Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that, in respect of issue of Equity Shares of up to US$ 250 million (i.e. approx. Rs.1550 Crores) to QIBs through a Qualified Institutions Placement in terms of Chapter VIII of SEBI ICDR Regulations ("Issue"), the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on July 02, 2014 decided to open the Issue from July 02, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company has submitted to BSE a certified copy of the said resolution passed by the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.
