Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 30, 2015, inter alia, have approved the proposal to divest Company's Wind Power Plants (WPP) in Maharashtra and Gujarat, having an aggregate capacity of 49 MW, on slump sale basis.
