| Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that consequent upon filing of the Scheme of Arrangement with the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh on September 01, 2015, the said Scheme has since become effective. Accordingly, the businesses in relation to Company's Baspa-II Hydro Power Plant and Karcham Wangtoo Hydro Power Plant alongwith their assets, liabilities, rights, interests, obligations etc. stand transferred and vested in Himachal Baspa Power Company Limited with effect from September 01, 2015. | |
