| Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that 107th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held May 27, 2016, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 19, 2016 to May 30, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares/securities. | |
