| Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 01, 2016 (4.30 PM) to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares/securities. | |
