Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Shri Dharam Paul Goyal, Non-Executive/Non-Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, vide his letter dated 24th July, 2017, has informed that due to personal reasons, he resigns from the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Accordingly, the resignation shall be effective from today, i.e. 24th July, 2017, in terms of the provisions of Section 164 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
