James Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 10, 2017, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the "Code") pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from February 01, 2017 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on February 10, 2017 for the purpose of consideration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
