| James Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2015 to September 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the facility to exercise the vote at the aforesaid AGM by electronic means (e-voting) on all resolutions as set out in the notice will e provided to those members. holding shares in physical or in electronic form as on the cut-off date i.e. September 22, 2015. The e-voting will commence on September 27, 2015 and will end on September 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
