James Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2015 has approved the following agenda :<BR><BR>1. Disclosure of Interest by the Directors of the Company pursuant to section 184(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 9(1) of the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014.<BR><BR>2. Reappointment of Mr. Haravtar Singh Arora as Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company for a term of five years from April 09, 2015 to April 08, 2020.<BR><BR>3. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Amardeep Singh Brar from directorship of the Company with effect from April 15, 2015.
