Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Reserve Bank of India order dated October 28, 2014, under Sub Section (1) of Section 36AB of Banking Regulation Act, 1949 Shri D. K. Meena, General Manager, Urban Banks Department, Reserve Bank of India, Jaipur, has been appointed as additional Director on the Board of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd for a period of 2 years with effect from November 01, 2014 to October 31, 2016 or till further orders, whichever is earlier, in place of Shri Hari Narayan Iyer.
