Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Reserve Bank of India order Dated November 26, 2014, under Sub Section (1) of Section 36AB of Banking Regulation Act,1949 Shri N. P. Topno, General Manager, Financial Inclusion and Development Department, Reserve Bank of India, Jaipur, has been appointed as additional Director on the Board of the Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd for a period of 2 years with effect from November 26, 2014 to November 25, 2016 or till further orders, whichever is earlier, in place of Shri D. K. Meena.
