Jasch Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in a postal ballot held by the Company, the result of which was declared on October 05, 2015, the following existing independent directors, who were earlier appointed under the Companies Act, 1956 and were liable to retire by rotation under that Act, have been appointed Independent Directors expressly under the Companies Act, 2013 for a period of five years, without any liability to retire by rotation :<BR><BR>Dr. Shiv Kumar Khandelwal, <BR>Shri Kuldeep Singal,<BR>Dr. Kailash Chander Varshney <BR>Shri Krishan Lall Khetarpaul
