Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance of the provisions of Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 and amended Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, the Board of Directors have appointed Ms. Esha Arya as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. July 10, 2014.
