Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Rajiv Gandhi as an Additional Director of the Company (Nominee of Maruti Suzuki India Limited), with effect from July 13, 2015 in place of Mr. Ravindra Dayal, who has resigned from the office of Director of the Company with effect from July 13, 2015.
