| Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Corporate Ispat Alloys Ltd. (CIAL) had Filed Company Petition No. 11 of 2015 against Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd. (JNIL) under Section 439 of the Companies Act 1956, before the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur. The said Company Petition was heard and after hearing both the parties the Honble Company Judge had passed certain interim orders and had kept the Company Petition pending without admitting the same.<BR><BR>The above referred order of the Honble Company Judge was challenged by CIAL before the Division Bench vide Company Appeal No. 2 of 2015. Vide order dated January 29, 2016, the Honble Division Bench partially allowed the Company Appeal and directed both the parties to address the Honble Company judge afresh on all the aspects of the matter so that Company judge can pass suitable orders as per law.<BR><BR>As on date, the status of the petition filed by CIAL is at pre-admission stage i.e. the petition has still not been admitted. | |
