Appointment of Independent Directors.<br/><br/>i) Shri Satyendra Narain Singh, appointed as Independent Director for the period of 2 (Two) years subject to approval of shareholders.<br/><br/>ii) Shri B K Agrawal, appointed as Independent Director for the period of 5 (Five) years subject to approval of shareholders.<br/><br/>iii) Shri Darshan Kumar Sahani as Additional Director (Independent).<br/><br/>iv) Smt.
