Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of Bombay, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur by its order dated September 16, 2013 have approved the Scheme of Arrangement for merger of Steel Division of Corporate Ispat Alloys Limited with the Company. Further, the Certified True Copy of the said order has been filed with the Registrar of Company, Maharashtra, Mumbai on November 20, 2013 upon which the Scheme comes into force.
