| The Exchange has sought clarification from the company with respect to the news media report appearing on CNBC TV18 on November 25, 2014 titled "Jaypee group to sell 10 acres of land in Noida to PURAVANKARA Group."<br/><br/>The Company has replied stating that :<br/><br/>"The Company has two revenue streams one is toll collection and second is real estate which inter alia includes sale of plots, apartments, commercial - developed or partially developed and bulk land.<br/><br/>However, in reply to your specific query, we wish to submit that we are not aware of any such transaction with "Purvankara Group" as reported in the media and the media report referred by you is based on market speculations and the Company does not comment on market speculations." | |
