Jaypee Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 (4:00 PM) to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares/securities.
