JBF Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2014, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider enabling resolution for raising funds through FCCB/NCD/QIP/Private Placement/Preferential Allotment, under different terms and conditions as decided by the Board of Directors.<BR><BR>2. To give authority to the Board of Directors to seek shareholders approval by way of Postal Ballot or Extra Ordinary General Meeting as per requirement.
