JCT Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3) after Limited Review.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed for the designated persons, as defined in the Code, from February 04, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days<BR>inclusive).
