Jenburkt Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that The Honble High Court, Mumbai had passed an order, dated August 08, 2013 in favour of the Company against the allegations of NPPA about violation of certain notification under the provisions of Drugs Price Control (DPCO) 1955. NPPA has now filed a SLP in the Hon. Supreme Court.<br/><br/>As advised by the Company's solicitors, the NPPAs allegations are without jurisdiction.<br/><br/>The Management of the Company, based on the advise of the solicitors are of the opinion that the matter is not likely to have any bearing on the performance and / or financial of the Company.<br/><br/>As a measure of abundant precaution, the Company has been advised to take suitable legal recourse.
