| With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 20, 2014 informing therein that the Shareholders of the Company have approved the transfer of Jet Privilege Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP) to Jet Privilege Private Limited (JPPL) as also the further investment by the Company into JPPL.<br/><br/>Pursuant to the approval, Jet Airways (India) Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of JPPL has allotted on March 24, 2014 the 50.1% equity shares to Etihad Airways PJSC and 49.9% equity shares to Jet Airways (India) Limited.<br/><br/>Post the issue, Jet Privilege Private Limited ceases to be a subsidiary Jet Airways (India) Ltd. | |
