Jetking Infotrain Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Recommendation of final Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1/- per share (face value Rs. 10/-) on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2014 - 2015 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General<BR>Meeting.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Ms. Shridevi Vungarala as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
