Jetking Infotrain Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2014, have approved the appointment of Ms. Deepali Koneri as Company Secretary of the Company as per the Companies Act, 1956.<br/><br/>The Board has also approved her appointment as Compliance Officer in terms of Listing Agreement in place of Mr. Suresh Bharwani (existing Compliance Officer) effective from March 18, 2014.
